hi my name is Travis also go by the name and NRG or acronymacronym I've been around music my whole life starting at the tender age where my father used to DJ and he was to build DJ equipment so many DJs used to stop by my house and play music growing up in the beginning I mostly listening to reggae old school and some are be in there but it was mainly reggae and dancehall that I was tuned in to through school I was connected to what they call booty shaking music which had a beat and it was more in tune for dancing and it was popular in my area in Miami Florida on the south western endas a child I used to enjoy singing along to music singing along to the songs on the radio and changing the lyrics and enjoying it really having fun with it @ 10 I was already writing songs I would like to put on the ririddims that I would hear also attended a lot of stage performances with the ability to go backstage and meet the artist as because my dad was building the equipment that he would rent out to the people going to shows so is in close proximity to the artist not to mention some artists would come by my house including notch and skate man and Buju Banton before they were famous to that extent so being around him and also beginning to listening to New York rap music and the lyrical content of the MCs and their punchlines and flow and I study them with a close eye going downstairs and turn on the turntable and begin playing beats listening to Eminem I would recite every rime until I have the ability to say it just as good as they can if not better then once I dreamed that ability and then used it to be able to put my own words to the beach and the rhythms and reduced my own songs I was very interested in Rock and Roll is well and playing the guitar or the piano I got a piano for Christmas at one time i for my first group when I was about 12 or 13 called flex to the third degree consists of me close friend of mine and another good friend of mine and I used to take lead as into writing hooks and verses to help members out in this group they would write as well but met with any type of blockage I would provide some kind of contact to try and help him get out of that situation so we can complete this song so we came from recording on assets and boom boxes 2 using software on the PC and from there gradually getting better music has always been something I stuck with throwing parties promoting advertising for the parties very good at creating ideas right now I currently can make my own beats I can write my own songs as well as write songs for other people I can engineer the song as far as production goes cutting and editing and applying the effects in tuning the focus to bring them out to the forefront as well as managing an artistas well as building them up to be even greater artist and Dr Dr and providing them and a long distance to reach their full potential and more as a collective there are many people friends and family that do work with me and enjoy making music that I have influenced and inspired and help have a voice too promote themselves and express themselves at the creative and to a mean also have the ability to set up lighting in clothes and control the lights as well so I do have many talents and I'm still going along and learning more as we go as well as video production and editing radio talk shows pretty much anything I'm interested in I'm going to find a way to learn about it better myself also want to do for Photography challenge please don't mind the typos I wrote this with text to speech cuz I was in a hurry but I'm going to come back and make corrections
