Bio of the Artist
Kurt Dyer (the Bass player in the group Diente Guapo), and Marcos Monnerat, wanted to create a band for several years together, but for different reasons, the project had not come to light.

In the year 2001, and after an insolvent attempt to form a band with other musicians of the scene, Kurt and Greg (ex bass player of Da Guido ) gave it another try, this time with Marcos Monnerat, whom Kurt had known since '93. Later because of chemistry with the group, Greg left the band.

Marcos and Kurt continued to play and added Daniel Loría, a friend of kurts from the group Diente Guapo. This was the right descision for the group and finally a band was born. The three very were excited with the project and were now in search of a bass player. After a few more mishaps, the band was afraid that they would never get a bass player. Marcos found Nicole Vincent and asked her to come and play with them to see what she thought.

Nicole ended up joining the group after a short trial period and in February of 2002, Nada was complete. May 23rd, 2002, Nada made it's debut in El Yos with Solocarne and ever since then, they have been gaining the admiration of those who listen to their music. They have had Contraproducente played on the radio station 979 here in Costa Rica and received recognitions as one of better new groups on the website laescapatoria.com.

They ended in extraordinary form their first year by being invited to open the 2003 Rockfest. At the end of the 2003, the drummer Daniel had to leave the group for work reasons, and Gerardo Soto entered quickly as a replacement, adapting in the style of the band. At the moment they are recording what will be their first Album.
