POST No. 4 - [The continuation of previous POSTs]

How do we know, or how do we make sure that our decision or our answer about the question [WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE], is correct? One of the possible answers to this question is: "THINKING" or " THOUGHT " is one of the most important means of answering the questions and making decisions; more specifically, the "THOUGHT" is the means of "IDENTIFYING SOMETHING" or making a decision about something. Therefore, in order to make a correct decision by our "THOUGHTS", we realise that we should try to find out that how we can make our "THOUGHTS" work properly, or to make sure that we are "THINKING CORRECTLY" about various subject matters. So, at this stage, we know that in order to correctly identify that what the most important thing in life is, we should find a way of " PROPER THINKING ", because our " THOUGHT " is the main means of "PERCEPTION/RECOGNISING" or "IDENTIFYING" different things or a means of "DECISION MAKING". The "THOUGHT", is one of the major components of "Mental State" - "Frame of Mind" which in fact a "PROPER WAY OF THINKING" can guarantee a "Sound Psychological State" to a considerable extent. To make this statement more clear, here is an example: If a scale is not working properly, it cannot show the weight of an item correctly- the same goes for our "THOUGHT"s. It means, if the thought/mind does not work properly, it won't be able to make a correct decision or answer a question, or perceive and understand different things, properly! Let's don't let this become so complicated. While we are discussing these matters, the more we go further ahead, the easier and better we understand the subject matter! In summary, we can probably conclude that [remember the example of the scale] in order to "THINK" as correct as possible, to distinguish "What are the things that are very important in life" as well as understanding many other things, the occurrence of two conditions are essential: Physical Health & Psychological Well-being. We will continue writing about these topics two weeks later or so! You can reread the previous POST No. 2 and POST No. 3 in here: POST No. 2: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE? As we mentioned in our previous post, we will be presenting our ideas and thoughts in different ways including some occasional posts in here. This time our focus is proposing an essential question that probably everyone should ask her/himself. The question is: What Is the Most Important Thing In Life? If we know the answer of this question, it will make it easier for us to focus on the subject/answer. This way, we can aim for it and we at least have a purpose and a direction in our life. Obviously, we are all different, therefore our situations and our conditions in relation to life and others, is different too. You can think about this question and may come up with some ideas. POST No. 3: What is most important in life, differs from person to person. For example, "Happiness" could be the most important thing in life of a person; but for another person "Well Being" is the most important one in her/his life. One of the reasons of why there are different answers for this question [The question that says: WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE] is that we think different from each other, and our perception about various subjects, is not the same. However, there should be at least a few things that are amongst the most important things for every human being such as, "Happiness", "Health", or "Peace of Mind". These three examples have a form of interconnection with each other. So, so far, in general, we can conclude that there are two forms of importance in life: 1. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE FOR A [PARTICULAR] PERSON. 2. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN HUMAN LIFE [ FOR ALL THE PEOPLE]. One may say, "Health" is the most important thing in life; because, physical health and mental health are the basis of the best conditions of "Being" for everyone! Another distinctive point is that what we already mentioned ["Happiness", "Health", and "Peace of Mind"] are very general terms. This means there are some "PREREQUISITE"s for these, that we should consider them. How does someone come up to a point that this or that is the most important thing in her/his life? How do we know that that conclusion is correct? Therefore, as you see, there are some other things that are a kind of basis for deciding what the most important thing in someone's life is! The other point could be the 'ACHIEVABILITY', 'PRACTICABILITY' or 'WORKABILITY' of our conclusion about what the most important thing in our life is. As an example, if a man is unable to walk for rest of his life, and comes up with the idea that 'LIVING INDEPENDENTLY' by himself is the most important thing in his life, then in fact, this is an incorrect conclusion/decision that he has made. According to his physical conditions, it is impossible for him to live independently by his own/himself! So, his decision based on 'LIVING INDEPENDENTLY' is useless, because of his physical condition which does not let him to walk for the rest of his life! So, how do we know, or how do we make sure that our decision or our answer about this question [WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE], is correct?
