Mya Project is an electro acoustic band influenced by founding member Dalila’s early classical training as well as modern electronic artists such as Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode and Massive Attack. Beginning in London in 2004, Dalila, had been wanting to create an electronic music project since she first heard Depeche Mode’s Violator album at the age of nine. In 2007 Mya released their first record through indie label MGL in London and went on to open for Acts like Massive Attack and Kirlian Camera.
