I like the groove, lyrics, and background vocals; however, they have a grainy quality to them; be careful with the mic pre-amp that you are using. I had the same problem with my vocals on one song with a mic pre-amp that I bought. I went back to my Avalon mic pre-amp and microphone that I used for my first album and this solved the problem. You need to find the best mic pre and microphone for your vocals. Not all mic-pres and microphones fit our particular voice. However, you have a beautiful voice and let not anyone discourage you. Keep learning, keep improving. Experiment with what you have and find the best settings for your own personal voice and instrument tracks. Sometimes we go with an initial setting and workflow, but if we tweak it a little it might give us a better quality. Great tone, harmonies and vocals were used throughout the song in both the leads and background vocals. And I liked how you were personalizing or in other words, giving a individual touch in the lyrics made it very effective to the listening audience in setting a certain atmosphere, commonly not used in majority of Christian/gospel songs written that I've noticed.
