i have been thinking about your songs for days, i really cant say much but its a great song, i have loved it from the first listen, i have not be able to listen to more of your songs, its make me feel better when i listen thru the lyrics, the songs its quite a very cool songs, and it a better way to praise God, i dont know that there is not way better than this , i think you know that God loves your songs. and made me love it more , i know its important to have a copy, so please can you tell me where i can buy the songs. or listen to more, a link will be great

Well I can say I like the progressive rock genre so it sits well in my mind. However if there is a downside to this recording it is a little bright and brittle sounding. I'm listening on studio speakers so it should have a full range sound. Now as far as the song, I like it and I like the playing. Good guitar playing and layering. The message is positive and inspirational so I can't argue there. I would say the vocal fits the song. Try referencing some other recordings to make sure there is a full sound when mixing. Great Job otherwise. I would like to hear more from Mike Harty. The melody and guitar layering were exceptional. Keep it up!

Wasn't sure where this song was going when it started - thinking a layered instrumental Ala Joe Satriano or Eric Johnson - but then when the alt-style vocals came in, it became a Marshall Crenshaw easy listening pop song. Whew... if it wasn't done so well, I might have left confused. But overall it became a bouncy rocker that had me smiling... and wondering who Mary Lou was to the writer. Nice stuff Mike - new fan here.

The vocals are also melodic. The vocal melody is very beautiful. In the middle of the song the change is powerful and its suitable with the song. Its a surprise for the listener. The solo at the end is very good as mentioned above. The chords also of the guitars are nice and the bass has a dynamic sound! The melody of the two guitars with the vocals at the backround trip you oon a beautiful journey.

A lot of stereo separation on the guitars-different guitar tracks separated left and right also a panning/sweeping run or two. Very professional job. Mike Harty plays a mean guitar. Entire band rocks. Song is original. Some of the guitar work I identify as sounding like Tom Scholz/Boston. High rating for being edgy in the mix. Pro band. Nice job.

I like the production sound and originality. I can feel the heart in this showing you put in some dedicated work. I like the vibe and the melody, I can dig it!!! You really took me back in time with this song, Mike! It reminds me of the good old days of progressive rock and classic rock bands such as Rush, REO Speedwagon, Boston, and Yes. The old school guitar licks and the riveting guitar solos of the 1970s tells it all. And the fact that your message is focused on Christ, it gives the song more power. Very unique and very creative! Great music, arrangement, and vocals! It took a long time to associate any Christian values to the song, however.
