Christopher FreeMayne ReviewI really like the song, the way its played, sung and arranged/composed... The song was well crafted and I can tell you spent some time making it... The vocal harmonies, the vocoder, the super energetic percussion and instrumentation, it all ties together well... The only thing I noticed that would improve it is if the vocals were more present in the mix, as the instrumentation is louder than the vocals... Everything else is awesome and I love it.
The Castle of SandWhat I appreciate immediately is the level of professionalism you put into your music and your mixes. It separately you from some of the songs I have not reviewed because there is not enough care in putting their tracks together. That being said, I like the musicality of the track and your vocal. The string arrangement may be a little dated however the song is strong. Very impressive. If you are going for radio play I would shorten the arrangement which should be easy to do without disturbing the mix. LOVE the guitar work. Tasteful without being over the top. The percussion has a bit of Toto "Africa" feel which is fine by me. You brought a smile to my day. Thank U!
Good stuff!!!I like your song very much. I'm not sure if asking for a "fierce" review is such a good idea however. There's so much trolling out there, and being and artist myself, I know how sensitive artists are and how easily discouraged we can be. I like the arrangement and the vocals. They sound professionally made and well balanced. The song is a bit long, but the reason I say this is because most radio stations usually play songs around the 3 min. time-frame (at least that was the way it was in my time (1970's)). But what do I know? I'm an old, retired geezer. I hope the best for you, since I feel you do have the talent to make it. Keep up your creativity, and good luck.
Beautiful musicWhat a great start to a song. I really enjoyed the build up to the second part of the music and the build up to the voice was just as good A lovely composition and I look forward to listening to more of your music
HelloThis is a nice song good to listen in the morning..but is too long for Radio Stations ( They use max 2.5 - 3.5 min long )..I will also put more energy in to the vocal part ( for me it is to soft )..if I be You I will make It shorter ( cut some instrumental parts )..I do not know haw Music Publishers will react but They are Very Hard to please and this is not Your Best tune.. on the other hand many people will like it..so I wish You good luck with pitching.. Good Job..
The Castle Of SandMarvellous song, very cool lyrics! This is one more amazing production for a very cheerful song, with a contagious rhythm that impels us to dance. I think it's really a song that should be in the top of Pop music of Number One Music. I also really liked the other themes available on the page, like I said before. I think is on the right way, and in terms of music production is really, really well done and I have to congratulate you on it again. I'm waiting for new themes, with the same quality. Best wishes !! JB
Cool Song!Hello! This is good "pop music ". I really like the introduction, very aerial. The orchestration is well supplied (maybe too much?) The voice is well laid and pleasant to listen to. I like this side a little childish in the tone of your voice! That's cool! The whole is cheerful, cheerful, and full of going. It's not the style of music I usually listen to but it's nice. Congratulations and Bravo to you!
Impressive Pop song brilliant arrangedThe intro starts off with soft piano tunes, but the whole composition is more various. The brilliant string arrangement and versatile accompaining instruments like flute and harp making this song engaging for me. Sounds really beautiful together and creates a great space in the backround. This extra factor brings increasing feel into the song. Mihi sings with a great unique voice making this wonderful composition complete. She has a clear vocal projection and the fantastic chorus brings additionally beauty into the song. The latin drum beat, acoustic guitar sound and the bass-lines are also very special in this arragment. They all together forcing the music constantly on a higher level, what sounds really symphonic. The harmonical keyboard solo in the bridge increases the music. This extra factor makes the song professional and really creative. This is definitely a very professional composition. I find it extremely good and felt compelled to listen again and again. Well, you might be a pop music fan, looking for the light at the end of the tunnel for good music. This one must be a radio hit and it´s an original. Listen to the song and I´m sure, you will like to add it. Let others know your recommendation.
Chart Topper!!!!!!!!!!Piano and strings start of this New Jazz composition that kicks with an excellently produced song. Every aspect of this track is spot on professionally executed . The mix is even with all of the musical elements given the proper frequency space. The vocals are excellently produced. The arrangement keeps the listeners attention as the track processes through each phase. The lead breakdown bridge section is very well done. An awesome effort on this composition which is one of the best on N1M. Good Luck!
bienBuena canción y buena interpretación, el sonido, la melodía, la voz, los coros, todo está muy bien, además es una canción animada, para bailar y pasar un buen rato con los amigos. Me hubiera gustado más cantada en japonés, quedaría más auténtica. Good song and good interpretation, sound, melody, voice, choirs, everything is very good, it is also an animated song, to dance and have a good time with friends. I would have liked more sung in Japanese, it would be more authentic.
The castle of the sandVery cool, chill vibe. Out of so many songs I chose your song and I like the story you told! Keep up the great work and I am looking forward to what you share next! I love the melody to your music!
Congratulations!!!Congratulations is really a great singer. Best artist, good song, good music, excellent interpretation. For me it's all excellent and enjoyable!! So worthy of being voted with 5 stars!! Hoping that this song can get the success it deserves, I'll give you my live compliments and sincere wishes!!! (°_°)
So nicely done !!This track is just so nicely done !!! I'm simply Loving the percussive backbone of this song... Beautiful supportive backup vocals as well... Very honest and believable lead vocal delivery. The center section breakdown was the right choice for an interesting musical reprieve from the main body of this song... ( Positive critique As a Producer : I personally would have liked the lead Vocals a bit more out front in the mix...) So Nicely done and very FRESH... Thx for sharing... Best of luck with this wonderful music... :-)
NICE VIBE!I like this! The melody and the harmony are perfect, but the vocals are mixed to thin, and you have fight to hear them through the music. I think this vocal style would work more for an atmospheric track but the vocals definitely should be louder, EQ'd fuller for this song. The voice is beautiful and the accent is a great embellishment that makes the track more interesting. The length of the track could be problematic though. Most people once they have heard the main bridge and chorus, get fatigued if they hear the repetition too much with one play. As a musician, I find that the shorter you make a song, the more people want to listen to it again, and again. This style reminds me of a singer who was very popular a while back named Anggun. Anyway, nice track, you are welcome to review some of my tracks, I am also on this site TEMPO MACHYNE from Seattle. Later!
