I've been around pop music for a long time, starting out as a founding editor or Rolling Stone and also writing RAY CHARLES: MAN & MUSIC, a biography of the Genius.
I joined Number One Music last fall and I love it because I've been making many fans all over the world.
The first tracks I uploaded are from my new album, KUNCEE BUNGRATCEE CHEENA. That nutty name is the the title of one tune, a cheerful rap about little green spacemen and their chant for world peace. The other tracks are romantic pop-jazz.
More recently I've uploaded songs from my 1999 CD, LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT, these tunes recorded with the great five piece band I regularly play with.
Next I'll do a few tunes from my solo album, MIKE ON MIKE.
