I Liked It

Excellent groove on this song, Max Schmeling. I like the way you blend your 'own' style with Carlos Santana's groove. It was/is nicely done. The breaks are clean and smooth with the lead guitar licks. You got a great song here, even if it sounds a lot like Santana...it's 'you'.

Clear influences

This was an enjoyable romp through a mid tempo song in a language I don’t understand !! It starts with the classic 60,s intro and may I say it took a little too long getting to the song but once we have got into the Latin/Santana groove it does not matter what the words are saying ! Nice one Max????

O Sol Da Noite

Production is Good..Band Has Good Production. The Song Is Nice. I Like The Song, The Vocals Are Tight/ With The Band. This Track Will Play Well On Latin Radio, as Well as the U.S.A. Radio. (Sounds of Carlos Santana)...I Like & Would Buy for my personal collection. Good Job.

Great Guitar Playing

There is nothing wrong with this song. The only problem I have with it is I can't understand what he is singing about. I can see this song getting airplay and doing well in the artists home country but for the song to do well in other countries I'm afraid it would have to be sung in English. the language barrier is a great obstacle for non English speaking musicians. On a positive note, this song is not too long. There are too many songs on Numberone music that go for over four minutes and I get bored waiting for the song to finish. Keep up the good work!

good guitar sound and also the groove, i like your bluesy voice hat in some part remember the billy gibbons voice. Need to improve the lyrics that is too ripetitive for reach five stars.

Dancing Rock

I like the intro to this song, it takes me back to early 70's rock music. Has a great Latin groove. Immediately makes one want to dance when you hear the music. Although the music is great on the this song the lyrics lack a bit more variety. I understand the new way of writing is more repetitive with the hooks but it would have been good to expand a bit more on O Sol da Noite. The recording itself is very good. I love the clarity and balance between all instruments. Great job on the production of this song!

Rock in Portuguese! Good guitars!

This sounds like Brazilian blues, I do not understand the language but the song is catchy! A lot of good guitar playing, sounds like a Gibson, am I right? So listen to Max and do not forget to visit me and leave your comms!
