Love song with a deep sense

Grabed me right from the start. Have listened to this guitar based song a couple of times because I like the clear acoustic sound very much. Remembers me of early songs from Neil Young. L.C. Storkersen sings with a distinctive voice and great vocal projection. The passion of the lyrics come from the heart and makes the meaning of the song engaging for me. The accompanying chor is an extra factor and brings additionally beauty into the song. The music includes soft melodical impressions which comming at the right time. These studio recording unleashes the imagination of folk infused music style only accompained from some chords. The chorus is an extra factor and brings deep feeling into the tune. This song is definitely professional and very creative. The instrument and vocals are very good mixed and perfectly well arranged. But why do I tell this? Cause this wonderful song is original and I´m sure, you will also like to add it. Let others know your recommedation.

In MY Opinion

Greetings, Thank you for choosing me to review your work, I count it an honor to be included in such a task. My hat is off to you and anyone willing to step out and share their gift, talent and love of music to the public. Be it a musician, singer, song writer, actor and so-on. I myself, via 40 some years of experience in the fields, on the road, in the studio, radio, TV, video, and management, consider myself to be a seasoned musician, singer, song writer, studio-sound tech/engineer/ owner/operator, stage manager, find it sometimes hard/difficult and perhaps not even fair to sit in a seat, voicing My Opinion concerning another's creative efforts. Especially in certain genres of music I am not all that familiar with concerning very important elements that make up and meet the required standards to justify the various levels of ratings and grades. So, in saying ALL that, I will limit myself to MY Opinion concerning the quality of the work according to My ears, and the standards I have been familiarized with thru-out the years. I hold to the old - saying " Beauty Is In The EAR of The Beholder ... LOL. The sound quality of the recording over-all is very crisp and bright and clear, I really enjoyed the soft guitar work. Think about a solo break to step away from vocals for a short period. Vocals are smooth, sort of - down to earth as they say, and extremely peaceful. I would back the reverb off the vocals just a little for more natural sound. The mix levels let me know who was still in charge of this song. Very easy to sit back and listen to. I mean no offense in any part, I myself take all feedback and use it as a tool toward my next project. I pray you feel the same way. Either way, I say to you, keep doing what you do, keep kicking and enjoying what you do. I tell folks all the time for many years. When it stops being FUN, then it's time to stop, and stand back and think about what we are doing, why we are doing it, how we are doing it, what we and others are getting out it. Is it what we want, and how we want it. IF NOT. what are willing to do from there? Thank you again for asking MY OPINION. Johnny

An honest A for Originality and Performance !!! :-)

An honest A for Originality and Performance !!! :-) Sometimes less IS more... Nice job...The lyrics are straight from the Soul... Two positive critiques: Would love to have heard this go to a bridge section and bring listeners to yet another place within this song. The need for attention to production and MASTERING is the only other thing needed to bring this up to an otherwise very nicely executed original song. Thanks for sharing your Music :-)

Good Enough

Hello, Thank you for contacting me. What a lovely calming voice you have with a hint of a raspy sound. Very smooth song - can sit and chill in front of a fire to listen. Your introduction was a bit to soft coming in - try to raise the volume gradually as you was to bring your listeners in. The melody of the song brings back memories, very nostalgic. You can also try a bit of adlib on the moments when there is no voice part or after the chorus/ background singers . Also, try some echo sound or reverb with a bit of a fade to it at the end of the word "Babe" as you finish the song. I did notice you used some violin string in this song in the middle … bring that sound to you ending as well so capturing . Love it great work here Lars Christian.

For What it’s Worth

This Recording has great sonic quality on the vocals. I like the sound of her voice. There’s not enough transition from verse to Chorus. Not enough contest like light & shadows. My suggestion is to build a stronger storyline & create more dynamics. It just needs to be tweaked

GOOD ENOUGH

a Love ballad.seems to be singing from the heart......Neo-Soul style. What a story told with a strong feeling medley; Breaks and changes rides on background continually telling the story. A hit for sure, remarkable voices!
