The primary influences in Larry's music were jazz organists Jimmy Smith and Jimmy McGriff, and rock keyboardist Jon Lord of Deep Purple. Larry's keyboards currently include various Roland and Yamaha synthesizers, and 'soft' synths . The early musical times found Larry playing a Hammond B3, Mini Moogs, and various other instruments.
