Statement of Faith
I believe there is one living and true GOD who created all things. He exists in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory. Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son was conceived by the Holy Spirit. I believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and ascension into Heaven. All people are born sinners therefore, Jesus sacrificed himself to sanctify and redeemed me, and all who are willing to accept Him. He saved us with His blood through His death on the cross.
I believe the Holy Spirit was given to us by the Father and Son to help and empower Christians for ministry. One day soon the Son, Jesus Christ, will return to earth to set up His millennial kingdom and rule for 1000 years.
I believe in a literal Heaven and a literal Hell and that all those who place their faith, hope and trust in Jesus Christ will spend eternity in Heaven with the Lord, while those who reject Jesus free gift of salvation will spend eternity separated from the Lord in Hell.

Biography

I was born and raised in Roswell New Mexico. I accepted Jesus as my personal savior as a young child yet it was in my early 30's that I rededicated my life and began fully living for Him as I gave Him complete control of each and every area of my life.
After I graduated high school, I attended college where I majored in Vocal Performance. This is where I met my lovely wife, Matilda. She was also a music major. We were married in December of 1987. It was then that we began writing music together. We wrote and performed original songs in various churches as we traveled around the state ministering through song. In 1998 God sent our son, Tyler, to us. He is truly a blessing from above. It's an amazing thing to watch your son grow from an innocent, wide-eyed child to a strong teen of God. He carries the torch of truth leading his generation to the light of Jesus Christ.
I have felt a very strong calling on my life. Despite the fact that singing was my God given passion, I had practically lost my singing voice due to medical issues. I could sing for short intervals but not for extended periods. Of course I was devastated by this but decided to live my life in my little corner of the world doing other things I was not so passionate about. Therefore, when Pastor Tom Bozone, of Rock Rio Christian Center in Rio Rancho, NM, called me to sing at his church dedication I was hesitant. I spent a lot of time in prayer about it before I accepted the invitation. Needless to say, when God has his hand in something it cannot fail! That was just the beginning of an exciting journey. God has now given me my voice back so I can use it to honor and glorify Him as he uses me to do His will.
That night at Rock Rio was the night I was called into the music ministry. Despite the fact that there were no resources, contacts or finances in place to make the project happen, I took the first step of faith and said "Okay God, let's go! You lead the way!" Within a couple of weeks God had orchestrated the details and the project was off the ground. Praise God! He led us to Donn Halliburton of On Fire Productions. He is a very talented musician and producer who lead us through the process. The legacy brother Donn is building has encouraged me in my walk with the Lord. He is also the Pastor of Word of Life Fellowship in Albuquerque, NM, and founder of "The Gospel Commission". He is very instrumental in the path God is leading us down.
Eternal Life Ministries is based out of the Albuquerque, NM area. We are currently booking concerts for the "Hope Of The World" tour. Run this race, we call life, like your eternity depends on it -because it does!
