|  |  |  |  |  |  | | | | | | Bio of the Artist | Keith Fischer is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist/entertainer from Wangaratta, Victoria.
Known to hold a solid, punchy rhythm section with strong vocal projection and great control, Keith has been playing the north-eastern pub/club circuit for the past two years and has gained great recognition and a steady fan base across the region as well as receiving regular airplay and interviews on 101.3 Oak FM in Wangaratta.
Keith has been the main act for many north-eastern Victorian festivals including the Myrtleford and Euroa shows, as well as having been selected out of hundreds of contestants for the top 6 in the area in the Telstra road to discovery program which saw six artists get the chance to share the stage with Australian idol winner Shannon Noll.
Having been heavily influenced by the 70’s Keith has been performing a wide range of cover songs which span from the 1960’s up to modern times and in his original music it is clear that Keith is a confident songwriter who doesn’t just stick to one genre of music.
Keith is currently recording his first single “only girl in the world” featuring the legendary al perkins on pedal steel guitar and also a six track album which has attracted the attention of some of the music industries greatest players who have granted to play on the album which include:
