John Nichols
Raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, country singer/songwriter/bassist, John Nichols has over 25 years experience playing the local music scene in Baltimore as well as touring up and down the east coast. Inheriting his love of music from his parents, Nichols tried many instruments over the years until finally getting a bass guitar, at age 15. After attending Shenandoah University for a couple of years, Nichols dropped out to pursue a full-time career in music and has never looked back. Nichols is set to release his first country album "My Mind is in Kentucky" October 2014. His musical influences include Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Hank Williams, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Gary Allen, Eric Church and Jason Aldean.

It was a great experience with Chase Records cutting the EP at Airshow Studios in MD. We got some amazing musicians from MD and Nashville to perform on the record. It was truly a blessing to make music with such a talented group.
