In anticipation of 2018, I'm planning my goals and deadlines, music being the main show. I am pumped to announce my upcoming lyrical chilltronica album, Speaking in Shorthand, and am aiming for an April Fool's Day release. Ideas and to-do lists are running everywhere. Excited to have time over the holiday season to put it together. Cheers and thanks to all for following my musical journey. So glad to hear such amazing compliments and very happy to spread the joy!

Hi there!! So happy to be back after being without power for a week during hurricane Irma (which is nothing compared to my Puerto Rican friends suffering from Maria). The ordeal is bringing me back to basics and has given me a new perspective and creative energy. So excited to have overcome a feedback issue for the sake of analogue quality! Will be sharing some new tunes very, very soon!

How cool is this...Finding out that I got 864 plays on a Thursday at 7:14 PM after getting a really cool compliment with a request to create some more tunes like Sea of Light Rhodes, which I'm taking as a challenge. Thank you Jason!! To recreating one of my faves!!

Thank you to fans from all over, and particularly to those in America, Canada, the UK, Australia & Brazil. I have just returned from travel which always brings a new, necessary life perspective. I am jotting constantly, and am trying to get the "have tos" nixed as quickly as possible in order to focus on my creative endeavors. I am going with the flow and taking care of business. Getting so close to free, I can taste it...

It still amazes me how far my music has traveled; way farther than I have been. It gives me a sense of wonder, imagining the details. Who, what, where, when...there ain't no why. Incredibly, followers in England, Canada, and North Carolina have been the most helpful partners in promoting my music and shares-Thank you!! I have been to and love both Canada and North Carolina, and England rocks and its music has influenced me greatly. From the, yes I must, the Beatles to David Bowie to the English Beat/General Public to Thomas Dolby to Depeche Mode just to name a few, I hope to visit someday soon.

I want to thank Tamara, Kareem, Johnny & Jennie for recent complimentary emails on my tunes, and for tips on avenues. Some contacts are reaching me from various sources, probably through changes in email, sites and blogs. I appreciate every share! A big thank you to my N1M subscribers!! I've been under the headphones and trying new techniques and coming up with new projects. Today, I was recording a revived version of Intentional Daydreams, and thought how cool it was that this lead sheet with scribbles, lines & arrows was now soft, thinner than paper, and integral like a compass. Just uploaded the attached remix of IntentionalDaydreams2012. Upped the bass...Enjoy!! Jill

I am happy to upload the title track to Abstractions. It was one of those magical moments where things melded. In fact, Melding was the working title before edits. I have been working on a far out remix of 95 Sea of Light as I work through the instrumental picks for my next album. I am humbled by your support and feel like the forces are with me, pushing me to succeed. Enjoy and let the weekend begin!!
