About Jacob Drew
A man of many virtues, Jacob Drew learned to transmit his emotions and thoughts into his a guitar at the age of 13. At age 14, Jacob discovered he had a voice and has worked tirelessly to master his craft for open ears. Born over the border in Nogales, Sonora, Jacob arrived to the United States as an immigrant along with his mother in April of 2001, at the age of 4. Raised by a single, hard working mother, this artist learned the definition of struggle, dedication, and sacrifice early on in his life. At the Age of 16, he started working on his now released DEMO, and dreamt day in and day out of the day he could show the world what he had to offer both emotionally and mentally. The Coheres style and buoyant rhythm, accompanied by adorn writing all building towards virtuoso. To conclude, music has always been a way to escape, not only reality but the poverty crowding the life of a hispanic minority on the south side of a small, segregated, city. Now a pioneer in his own music genre, this old soul plans to bring the power of love to every vibration for peace and change; through any endeavor.
