|  |  |  |  |  |  | | | | | | Bio of the Artist | Deep in the forest among the snow covered mountains, far away from the busy cities of today, lies a little unknown village called ‘Egg’ in the county of Vorarlberg. This is the setting where in 2002 four young men decided to bring the past and the present closer together in the making of their own music.
2005, after 2 demo recordings, saw the release of their debut album aptly named ‘Out of the Forest’. This may seem a small step for mankind as it did not go Gold or Platinum, but it was a huge step for this new band as it had earnt it’s place in a few rock and roll fans loving hearts.
In 2006 knowing that luck was on their side the band started work on a follow up album ‘Mockery Moaning’. This album reflects on the ups and downs of daily life and the listener can really get a feel for the bands roots with this album.
Having done gigs in England (The Marquee Club and the Halfmoon in Putney) in 2007 and been warm up acts on the European stage to acts such as Art Brut,We are Scientists and Kosheen in 2009, the band had now gained confidence to go it alone. They knew what they wanted to earn their reputation as within the music world, ’as a band that was willing to conquer everything in order to succeed.’
With this in mind they completed their third album in 2010, ‘Concrete Woods’. This tells the story of stormy winds, rough waters, filled up disco’s and lonesome nights. A dancing tear on its way through the eternity of a weekend. | | |
