The story is about "Dick and Jane", a young couple who get deep into credit card debt. Jane, through a dare by Dick will become an exotic dancer, then they become musicians and form a punk band. And, the story of how they deal with all of it. It's a comedy, it's kinky, its really good music, and performers, dancing and acting out the parts.
