fREEDOMfALLS are a recent addition to the Indie Rock scene , they formed in April of 2005 and released their debut Album called "Finding me" in Nov 2005 , they have recieved critical acclaim both in the US and the uk for this album and have been awarded track of the day plus many other awardfs for their music on www.garageband last year .
They released their second album called "Who am I" in May of 2007 and are in the process of promoting this album and themselves by gigging around and trying to get media interest in them , to try and broaden their fanbase and therefore expand their audience to all over the world . So if you like your rock with great guitars and drums with vocals to match played tighter than a DA , go see em live when they play a venue near you , you will not be dissappointed ! ! , also if you want their music played on your local or national radio station , plague the stations and demand their music - thanks for your time and ---- Rock On !
Just for the techno's amongst you , equipment used by us is:
Fender Telecaster , fender Stratocasters and Fender Jazz bass
Haydons set up on Rythym is -telecaster through a massive pedal board that does everything except wash up ! then through a British Marshall DSL 50 Watt valve amp and a 2 x 12 Marshall cab ,
Alecs set up on Lead is a fender stratocaster with seymour duncans through a Ibanez Tubescreamer then a Pro amp VSQ 60 Watt British Valve Amp and then a Home made 4 x 12 cab with celestion speakers
Bens set up on drums is a Massive Pearl masters drum kit with too many cymbals to count , mounted on a scaffold for easy construction .
Giles set up on Bass guitar is a Fender Jazz Bass guitar through an Ashdown Mag c115 300 watt combo plus a Ashdown Mag 115 deep bass cab.
I think thats about it so there you are , thats what makes the sound of fREEDOMfALLS - plus a lot of talent ! ! |
