This is pure Blues Rock tune, like old bands from the 70's like Lucretia Mac Evil or The Dakotas. This is a classic Blues Rock tune for me. All classic structures are there, from blues progression to the solid rock n roll attitude, and this mythic organ in the background makes the 70's touch even more present. The Lead Guitar provides great rock licks and the solo is very hot ! Definitely this track of yours is a mandatory listening for the true rock n roller ! Cheers from Limoges, France !

A well written song, both lyrically, and musically! The mix is really well done, it's very hard to not like this song! As far as "genre's" go, I would label it more a 'rock' or 'classic rock' as the genre of the song.... There is a hint of "blues" to it, but the BPM's and delivery of the song vocally, as well as the incredible string work, and "harp" work, makes this more a rock song to me personally. I would say it's definitely not "Bluegrass" or "Celtic"....This song to me is an UPBEAT "ANTHEM" song in it's own way, it's just a 'fun' tune, and with the addition of the harmonica, it's an extremely well written song....A hit in my opinion! Nice cover of one of my ALL TIME favorites. John Fogerty. This would of been considered rock back in the day. Now, probably Country - Rock.
