June has arrived and we’re almost halfway through 2018. Amazing! In a couple of weeks the Summer Solstice will once again be upon us. Where does the time go? The other big news in the sky was the planet Uranus moving into the sign of Taurus a couple of weeks back. Uranus is very slow moving and takes a long time to get through each sign of the zodiac, so when it enters a new sign it’s kind of a big deal. Uranus is all about sudden change and Taurus is not too fond of change, so as you might imagine, this is not a great match made in heaven, or in this case, the heavens. How will this affect you? It depends on how much you value stability and your willingness to let go of your security blanket in order to grow. Since Taurus represents Mother Earth, you can count on environmental issues coming up in a big way to protect the planet over the next 8 years.
NEW NEWS…Speaking of change, DownTown Mystic is currently in the process of change. Sha-La Music and Nub Music have agreed to go their separate ways, so the “Rock’n’Roll Romantic” album will not be released on Nub. Sha-La is currently talking to interested parties in Europe. One of those parties is AWAL/Kobalt Music in London, which has signed a distro deal with Sha-La. 1st AWAL release will be the “Turn Around and Go” Single due out in the summer.
SYNC…As we told you last month, we found out that the film, “Monumental” with Jeremy Irons, has been re-titled as “Better Start Running”. It had its World Premiere at the Newport Beach Film Festival last month in Costa Mesa, CA. Next stop is the Flyover Film Festival next month in Louisville, KY where much of the film was shot. We also reported that we have the song “Fly Like The Wind” in the movie, and even better, the trailer for “Better Start Running” features “Fly Like The Wind” in the last 35 seconds!!
