Rock’n’Roll spoken here! It’s April and that means its tax time in the US. Hopefully, everyone got they’re taxes done and in on time. Of course we all had to do it during the Mercury Retrograde, which might have made it a bit more of a challenge. The good news is the Retrograde has finally come to an end. You might have noticed that there was no March Newsletter. This was not due to the Retrograde but due to a death in the family. Helen Lotorto was a 2nd Mom and one of our biggest fans. She had every DownTown Mystic cd and was always listening. She was much loved and will be missed. NEW NEWS…DownTown Mystic is currently in the process of planning the follow-up to the “Rock’n’Roll Romantic” album. Recording should begin sometime in the next month or so. A tentative release date has not been set, but later this year or January 2019 is a safe bet. 2018 got off to a great start with the “On E Street” release in Europe getting great reviews and radio airplay, making it into the Top 20 on the European Radio Charts! Meanwhile, the “Rock’n’Roll Romantic” album was released in China. Next up will be the long awaited European release of “Rock’n’Roll Romantic”. SYNC…We’ve been waiting for the film “Monumental” with Jeremy Irons to finally be released because we have the song “Fly Like The Wind” in the movie. We have some news to report that the film has been re-titled as “Better Start Running” and will be released in 2018! Even better is the trailer that is now showing on YouTube and includes a snippet of “Fly Like The Wind”!!
