About DJ Brickfinga

DJ Brickfinga is the three-times DMC champion of Austria and pioneer of HipHop in Vorarlberg, Switzerland and Germany. Creating and distributing this fresh HipHop culture sweeping over the world from day one, you could call him The Godfather of the western Austrian HipHop scene.

His Hip Hop jams, rap concerts, breakdance battles, skate contests and DJ workshops set the ground for many decades of young and aspiring HipHop lovers in Austria’s wild west. Without his work, the cultural scene in the region would have been a lot poorer.
But he didn’t stop there: you would frequently meet him spinning the plates in clubs and at events in and around the golden Swiss-Austrian-German triangle or also just enjoy his selection from old-school to Aggro at your favorite bar on Thursdays.

DJ Brickfinga’s home is where the heart is: where his collection meets his turntables. Showcasing his skills by organizing many parties earned him a reputation of a gifted Hip Hop event manager. Among them are the Bregenz Jam series, the Ländle-HipHop and Aggro Berlin Jams as well as booking artists like Azad and Torch for Xi-Berg shows.

DJ Brickfinga has proactively co-created Flying Steps shows, workshops around HipHop culture and represents his passion for over 20 years west of Vienna. And as long as his fingers keep scratching the beats and remixing the sounds to heat up the crowds he won’t stop. To this day he embodies exquisite musical taste and hope for the future of Austrian HipHop.
