Am I too late to say... Happy New Year?! Mine started off with oral surgery, however; soon I'll be belting out new DeLise music, for 2018!
Thank you, to the now, over 450 fans in my Team DeLise, Number One Music network! 2017 started off with some hardship, via my former record label's deceit; however, through hard work, music industry associate's belief in me, a loyal fanbase, and God, I was able to overcome!
The result is a chart topping, toe tapping, head bobber, of a song called The Weekend Song by DeLise! Soon after my independent release, I was nominated for and won National Neo Soul Female Artist Of The Year, via the GANSPA Awards; now called (expired link).
This prestigious awards platform has also honored such notables as Jill Scott, Angie Stone and Musiq Soulchild, just to name a few.
I am ready to use my experiences, negative and positive, to shed love and light through my lyrical content and some groovy music, in 2018! Who's with me!
