I just wanted to let you know that I have uploaded a couple of new songs. One is a comical, tongue-in-cheek take on songwriting, itself, sung by my friend and alter-ego. Maynard Muffenwirth. The other is a song called "That Ol' Barn," which brings me back to many fond childhood memories on my grandfather's dairy farm. I hope you all enjoy both new songs as well as the old ones. God bless.
I am deeply grateful to all of you who continue to listen and share my songs on Facebook and elsewhere. It means more to me than you know. We have just surpassed 500,000 plays total, this morning. This wouldn't be possible without you all and your support. I cannot thank you enough.
I am continually, genuinely grateful to all of you for listening, sharing and supporting my music. I appreciate the positive, supportive comments and emails I have received from many of you. I make it a point to respond to each and every one personally. I will always be that kind of artist because we are all people, human beings with creative talents of our own, and we all have the need to share them in some way. I support everyone who asks, whether it is a "like," a "share" or a vote, it costs nothing, but can be a great help. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you. Be blessed. -David Folsom
Thank you all for listening and sharing my music. We have surpassed 300,000 plays total this year. More new songs are on the way in 2017. I am excited about the New Year and I hope you are, too. I wish you all many wonderful blessings, the best of health and much love in the new year. And above all, believe in yourself and follow your dreams.
Yes... I said Merry Christmas. I still say Merry Christmas because it is Christmas to me. As a kid growing up we didn't call it anything else. We celebrated the birth of Jesus.
I don't have a Christmas song to share just yet. I did, however, take my song "How Was I Supposed to Know" into the studio and came out with a recording that I am extremely pleased with. I hope you enjoy it too.
Again, Merry Christmas to you all. Thank you so much for listening and for sharing my music. Peace be with you... All is well.
