First off, let me apologize to every fan that has been listening to my music constantly. I haven’t released any new music on this site in a while, due to finding new ways for you guys to hear the music you guys love. I am now at the point where you guys can go to other streaming services such as, Spotify, I-Tunes, YouTube etc.....I don’t have a manager or anything so it will take me a little longer to get things done being a independent artist. I just released my first single this year, so if its not too much to ask all my of fans from here to go and check out the new song I have out available now on all streaming services. Well it is a new year and I have received many new fans and I thank you all believing in the talent I have. Because of you guys, two of my songs(Slaughter and Everytime you go) as numbers 21 and 22 in hip-hip, and numbers 49 and 50 for all genres in the United States. This is a true accomplisgment for as a artist. All I am asking is for you guys to keep the support up, I appreciate every single one of you and am trying to reply back to fans who have emailed me to let me know how they liike my songs and the advice that they have given me, which thank you for that also. This is going to be a very interesting year for me, and Im hoping to have new and old fans who have been following me along for the ride. I am just asking that you to keep pressing play when you visit my profile, once we get up to 1000 plays in all, I will put up a never before heard song that I have been holding on to for quite some time. I think you guys will like it. I just want to start this year out strong, so I am releasing songs that I've had to prepare you and I for the album that I am working on, and will soon release the first single off of. To all new subscibers to abd followers of my music, Thank you for taking the time out of your day. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to listen to the music that Ih vae on my profile, and following before and after. Its been such a long road. Its been hard, its gotten so hard that I was at the point of quitting. I didnt have confidence in my creativity as far as music, but as of lately, Ive regained that confidence due to recent shows,Reverbnation and now (expired link). It is because of people like you that I can keep moving on and making great music, so again thank you. I am hoping to keep you all along for the journey that is just starting.
I recently had a show on December 21st, 2014. I was little disappointesd because this particular show was a competition(Battle of the Bands), where I should of won at least 3rd place according to the surrounding audience, who to became new fans of mine. I am not too disappointed because I came in 4th place which is to me, Improvement, which is always a step forward. So to celebrate these few steps forward, I wanted to release a freeestyle or two that Ive been holding on to for quite some time, with the hopes that you, the fans can continue to enjoy the music that I continue to create, but you guess have to message me and let me know what songs you like the most on my profile and which ones you like the (expired link) song you like the least will be the one that I replace with the new one so please let me know asap on which songs you guys love.
I have big plans for 2015, which I will let everyone know about them after the holidays. For now I bid you all a Happy Holidays. Merry Christmas to you all. I hope to keep all of as fans. Once again thank you for believing me. This is just the beginning. I am currently on my first EP/Album and I cant wait for you guess to hear it....Maybe I will let you guys hear a snippet or something of songs that Im planning on releasing early next year. About Dasanto
My name is Dasanto. I am a hip hop artist that resides in Cleveland, Ohio. I have a two mixtapes that I've released back in 2010. I am still trying to find my sound, but I am currently working on my first EP titled,"Yesterday's Progress,Today's Gain." With this album I am hoping to establish not only a decent fan base but also thee sound that fans will expect from me while bringing something new to the table by telling my story from being a teen to where I am now. I am hoping to drop this early next year but due to life circumstances and I can only say while not being completely being sure but patience is a virtue.
I've been working in music since I was 13, but didn't really know too much about promotion or distributing at the time. As I was getting older, a friend and I were releasing mixtapes together on forums and blogs to start with. As music changed so did I. As music continue to change I am hoping to establish what could be a great future in music. Nowadays, in my opinion because of what is played on the radio,it might be a little easier to find my place in music, to where I can actually or maybe make a mark. 2015 is going to be a big year. Guess for now we just have to see what will come, as far as results. In the meantime I can do my very best and be patient and see what God himself has planned for me.
