Hey Everyone! The summer marches on, man it’s a hot one (yeah there is a video to go with that line, Smooth written by Rob Thomas). More notes on that song below. Look! Look! I did it, a monthly update. Greetings to new fans and new subscribers: this month. It’s awesome to hear from Canada (the % leader this past month), Australia, New Zealand, and the USA (CA, WA) and more. Tour and Music info: Last month we had returned from an awesome private gig in North Carolina. The end of July we did a very rare, RARE, open mic in town. I don’t do much in the way of public appearances. I used to a lot, but things slow you down, anyway; we did two originals Direction Unknown and the new one YOU requested to finish: When I See Her. We also did my semi acoustic (electric guitar) version of Smooth, written by Rob Thomas. All three went over great. It was a tough, intimate crowd. I have a license agreement with the publisher and may put the song Smooth on my next EP. Both songs will go into the studio in the next few weeks to finish. Oh, I believe there was a video being shot of the two songs from the NC performance. I’ll post the link to When I See Her below. Yes! New material and more links coming soon. My surgery recovery seems to be coming along with fewer restrictions, but in the meantime I injured an old problem with my shoulder, now getting by with a torn rotator cuff, very painful and restricting sometimes. So, it’s like we just keep on going. I’m back in physical therapy for that too. Oh, plus, oral surgery this week, not quite over that yet. Lol. You know what: music heals from the inside out. I'm going to add this message again for August. 2016 is getting tougher for $$ to keep the studio operating. Energy reports say I have one of the highest energy bills in the neighborhood! The studio demands heaters, dehumidifiers, AC, PC's and all that running almost 24/7. Bills se threats, which sucks.
