A.D.B ReviewHey Love the sound. Did you make track? Sounds vintage! Greta, awesome vvoice like the 20's.. Good song too. I like the blues. Don't heat too many artist with this sound now-a-days? Refreshing to have an artist with rock, country & blues mashed into one sound.
The MessageThis tune grabs hold of you on the first beat, the message is what it is all about. The lead work and all the fills are right in there where they need to be, the vocal is strong and very impressive. Good tune!
Apricot Lily RecordsThis song is well done and will be enjoyed by all who listen. Taking the time is what you need to do to enjoy this song. Chaser from Nashville, Tennesse is on his way . Apricot LilyRecords predicts big hits from Chases
Taking the Time "Chaser"Hey Chaser, having grown up in Country and Gospel Music, I find this to be a very refreshing song for these days when so much Gospel is just hokey contemporary repetitious sounds. This song has a Patsy Cline feel to it, and straight ahead easy to listen to and understand lyrics. I like the steel guitar and Sax parts as well, and it should be accepted by many music lovers of both Country and Gospel and Blues as it fits well in all three genres, Good for Saints and Sinners alike. Best of luck with it. Tom Wiggins

Great Combination of several styles of MusicThis tune has several styles of music Blues, country and Gospel and even a little old school country style of Patsy Cline it could be listened to when looking for inspiration also kind of a uplifting Blues tune telling you that you have the Lord who is there when you need someone to care, for me it sounds like a Hit that should already be out there in success !
taking the timeRelax intro, voice sounds pretty good;nice color though.Laid back tune anyway, care FREE song.Sax solo is nice as well.personally I would add piano(keyboard)instead but this is a matter of choice RIGHT.Sometimes simplicity RULES.This song apparently proves that.CHEERS&KEEP UP a good work.
Solid Blues!Taking The Time by Chaser is a straight up 6/8 blues. Nice heartfelt lyric, delivered pretty well by a female vocal. Can't say I found her exceptional, but she sang with feeling and sold it well. Loved the sax! Nice choice for embellishment. The record was a bit weak in overall sound. Everything sounded like it was center stage. A remix, moving some of the accompanying instruments to the left or right in the soundfield would make it sweeter. I would then have it mastered to really make it shine. Overall, another good song from Chaser, that just needs a lil' post work. Best of luck! DW
Sing dem bluesSmooth.. Loved the vibe of this song. Great traditional blues sound. Also loved the words to this song. I am very glad I took the time to listen to this. Great job!
Reminiscent of WillieThis song is so reminiscent of Willie Nelson - which is a good thing. The song has depth and a soulful melody sung well and with plenty of feeling. I always rate this kind of style - shows true writing ability. Kind regards Johnny Ramone of Angel International Management (UK)
Taking the TimeGreat inspirational song. Takes me back in time to the days of great gospel music. Loved the sax! Gave the song a nice nice bluesy feel. Well done and great arrangement!!
Taking The Time (And I'm glad I did)Liked it from the first bar that was played. The song and the track got better as the song progressed. This is a nice combo of Gospel and Blues that displays a song with strong emotion in the lyrics. The melody is a pretty standard Blues genre but the vocal was probably the best I have heard of your work so far. The production was really well crafted and mixed and the instruments were very appropriate for the style of delivery that was presented. From the musicians to the vocalist, everyone was in a solid musical groove. Even though this song may have sounded like other Blues songs, this rendition and offering was one I could listen to a lot. Nicely done. I wish you the best with this one.
Taking The TimeFirstly Blues, got my attention. I like what I'm hearing, well recorded, nicely mixed well sang, nice voice. I think you have a winner here. I have to listen to the very end :) Musically Yours, Guy
Saxoriffic!Am loving the Sax, it definitely reinforces that Gospel vibe. I don't think the strummed clean guitar is necessary, as there are already at least two other guitars and a Piano providing that 'wall of sound' accompaniment and you don't want the song to sound too 'busy'. I was waiting for the song to reach the same level used in the intro, but it never came so I'm a little disappointed. There's definitely a bit of a 'sonic plateau' going on in that respect, which means I was barely able to tell which part was the verse & which part was the chorus.
