This track could easliy find its way into a feature film or TV show/ series. the production is spot on terrific and the arrangement keeps you interested from start to finish!
    Thanks for the listen,

Bass is thumpin and pumpin. Nice back-up vocals. Sounds like y'all had some fun in the studio with this song. That is so hard to convey to "tape". Nice job less

This song has a funky groove from jump. And the "flute" sound along with the hand clapping sets the tone for this song of praise! Love it.

The vocals are easy to follow, and the lyrics profound in their utter simplicity. A child or senior can join in with no problem, and that makes this song a crowd pleaser to the max. This is a great song to get everyone up and praising God - anytime - anywhere.

The back and forth banter as the lead singer talks to the band members is a nice place to bring it down, and then take it back up and out! That short talk and the quoting of 1JN.4:19 makes this song extra special - and powerful! The laughing and background talking makes the song sound live and exciting. Great arrangement and creativity...

Overall, I have to say this song was just pure fun to listen to, (Ear Candy) of the 1st class. This is a righteous song top to bottom. The band's funky - bouncy rhythm makes you want to get up and dance to the Lord. This is one special song! The only thing that might have spiced it up would have been a stronger exit - guitar/piano, and maybe some guitar jamming as the song faded, and perhaps a little more vocal pizzazz going home.

Thanks for sharing such a fantastic song with all of us. Keep writing and singing your songs - they're wonderful!!

The steel ... more O yeah, a good classic country sound greets me as I start the song... that's always nice! The steel guitar rolls the song straight to the lead vocals. Now that's as good as it gets. The violins/strings are the added touch to the intro. I love it!

The piano/drums and bass are just right. The words take center stage and are right where they should be - hat's off to the producer... The words talk about hard times, but instead of "crying in your beer suds" - this song points the weary soul to Jesus. This gospel message is pure and strong - nothing shy about these lyrics. The words are like a healing balm to any hurting person looking for a way out of there pain and suffering. This is good country gospel to the bone. You don't have to like country music to appreciate the words - they are beautiful and the right medicine for broken people.

Finally, let me say that the easy flowing rhythm, along with Kenny's warm and strong vocals make this song a pure delight to listen to from beginning to end. And, that's coming from someone who doesn't listen to much country music. I love this song, and it's got everything. I think the steel guitar could back off just a tad, but that's very minor. I would have loved to put a little harmonica in this song...

Thanks for sharing such a wonderful gospel song with everyone! You blessed me to no end.
