Like a cross between The Runaways and Cycle Sluts from Hell Hard, raw and cut throat straight up rock n roll. Heavy drums, guitars and powerful vocals not to mention powerful lyrics with a touch of humor in there as well. Hope to catch this band live one day, they would totally fit into the San Francisco scene here!

The soothing tones of the lead singer reminds us of the great Sade! I am serious, the soulful voice is accompanied by some jazzy synths and a capable instrumental, not to mention the dynamic backing singers that really give you the sense of a rich ensemble. The chorus is rich and does convey the message of the song. I really felt my mood change at around 3:05 into the song... I am definitely listening to this one again to give my day another pep!! First rating was 3.7... I am upping that now to a solid 4.2.

I'm moved by the subtle variations in dynamics and the unexpected resolutions that the pivot and substitution chords invoke. This attribute adds a little mystery to the nice phrasing your musicians playing suggests is coming . Delicate passages, motifs (both rythnmical and melodic ) and variations on the theme tend to take the personalities of the musicians interplay in consideration .They bring a level of performance that does justice to the composition and draws the listener into a relaxed emotional state of mind . Beautifully done! Glad I got to review this one , it's a prescription for reducing stress Dr Cole. lol. Thanks-Rob

Some one the nature-based motifs are reminiscent of Jean Michael Jarre's Zoolook work. The arrangement is well executed and the mix is full across the entire frequency spectrum. The song is perfect for any mediation session. Great Job on this effort! :)

The band describe their music as alternative rock and this track A Star reminds me of very early eighties English New Wave bands like Magazine, Gang of Four and The Cure. I very much enjoyed this track and there is a lot to like from some simple, effective and interesting guitar work to the strong vocal performance. The track comes in at a very well constructed three minutes and thirty five seconds and is worth checking out for lovers of Indie style rock. I would love to hear the band sing in French too but this track shows protest music is alive and kicking in Europe. Check Moongazer out.

more This smart mix of 2 of my favorite languages plunged me into this song from another world. I ended up in Mexico where I lived a little time. The guitars transpose you and mingle for our greatest pleasure. A trumpet from nowhere would surely have finished me. We can notice some influences of French groups (Mano Negra, Noir Désir, ...)
Continuez, les gars, c'est du tout bon !
