About Casey Turner
With much time spent in the islands of Hawaii, one can definitely feel and hear the modern day ALOHA radiating from Turner and his music as he blends a light reggae with an easy beach rock sound. Ukulele /Guitarist, singer, songwriter Casey Turner has a distinct sound that now glides on a mellow vibe. Originally from the East Coast of the USA he spent his earlier years sheltered from the winters under the warm rays of the sunshine state of FL where he studied engineering, surfed and played music. Upon graduating from Florida Institute of Technology, Casey hired on at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in the main propulsion systems group.
Fastforward 5 years of working at NASA launching Space Shuttles, he decided to quit NASA, and head west. Falling in love with California and Hawaii wasn't all that difficult. With much time spent in the islands of Hawaii, one can definitely feel and hear the modern day ALOHA radiating from Turner and his music. As one reviewer put it, “…Its hard not to love it. It puts you on the beach and gives you a good feeling as soon as you hear it.”
