Big Red is the first woman in history to do a live show in the King Biscuit Time studio on King Buscuit Time radio show in Helena Arkansas.
Big Red & The Soul Benders are the recipient of the 2005 Arkansas Blues and Heritage Award given to the BEST Blues Band from Arkansas.
Semi fialist's in the International Blues Challenge 2006,2007 & 2008.
