|  |  |  |  |  |  | | | | | | Bio of the Artist | THE SHWAY is a studio project comprised of Beth Thompson, formerly the lead singer & lyricist of the LA-based indie band MEDICINE (during the Medicines’ authentic period: 1990-1995) and FourWayCross 1985-1991) and Steve Gerdes (formerly Bass player for FourWayCross). The project is located in the Glendale/Silverlake/Eaglerock area of Los Angeles. THE SHWAY released their first Video "Painful Cyst" in April of 2009 (after their first video Director was brutally murdered while in production for the video in Los Angeles, in early September 2008.) Beth Thompson, John Frady (video DP) & Mark Mars (video editor) will be back in production for their second video collaboration together, in mid-November 2009.
