Ben McMaster is a 25 year old singer/songwriter. He moved to Melbourne from Queensland in 2006 and recorded a demo in a backyard studio. With some airplay on community radio, soon Ben’s demo was getting noticed. In a case of “it’s not what you know but who you know”, Ben’s demo came to the attention of Sam Panetta via one of the members of indie rock band Kisschasy. Ben has since recorded five demos with Sam, graduated from FReeZACentral’s Mentoring Program (including their Recording Project and Tour Project), played gigs in a wide variety of venues with members of his band, The Allied Front, and his first EP is due to be released later this year. |
