First of all, you have to check out my husband, singer/songwriter Jonathan Adams Ertel www.numberonemusic.com/jadamsertel. His first official single, "Cosby Love," drops June 2nd on all major digital outlets. Cosby Love is a hilarious song about an overly-obsessed fan. He could've picked any celebrity, but Bill Cosby fit perfectly. We felt bad at first but not only is this not a slam against Mr Cosby, but given all the recent scandals, we don't feel so bad anymore. My husband has quite the vocal range. He can sing Pat Benatar's "We Live for Love" (and other songs of hers) without having to lower the key. Cosby Love shows off more of his comedic side, and not so much his huge range. We have recorded a cover of "We Live for Love," but will have to figure out all the legalities regarding releasing a cover song. Stay tuned... We will be releasing our music under our newly created imprint, Salad Mob Inc. Secondly, I just had my first song, "Violence You," mastered for my upcoming EP. It should be out this summer.
