About AUL PURPIS
AUL PURPIS was born and raised in Philly and started rhyming around "88-89" with differnt crews from Prophets of the Ghetto who he put his first group album out with, 84 and The Gargantuans. Toured with icons like Bahamadia from 1998-2000 hit spots like San Fransisco, Switzerland, House of Blues in Los Angeles and also did the wake up show with Sway and Tech and Dj Revalution. also toured around the world with the legedary Dj Cash Money and did the 2004 Olymics in Athens Greese representing Jamaica with Puma also preformed at the World cup in 2006 in (expired link) toured with The Spooks, Arrested Development & The Lifesavas 2004 in Istabul Turkey and did the Jazz cafe in London for 3 nights and numerous other stops along the way for the 22 shows which he also hosted. He have preformed with ledgens like Doug E Fresh, Public Enemy, Arrested Development, Krs One, Buck shot, Roy Ayres. In between the tours he started working on his solo project "Private Property" with colabortions from Baby Blak, Chief Kamachi, Reef the lost cause, Journalist, Fel Sweetenberg, Craig G and now he's has a singel with Dj Jazz off of his project "The Resurgence of Jazz"
