We dedicated to the pub NOF (NOtti Fiorentine, of course in Florence, Italy), our little joke NOFing's better has become a funny rock tune.
Played with a basitar (guitar with only two bass strings) it came out a little more rock thna we wanted, but, alas, that's the way!

the title of the new song we just released on September thr 29th is a joke to celebrate the Florence pub NOF (which means NOtti Fiorentine, Florentine Nights).
We were due to release our new album the very same day but we are still waiting to find a recording label, as it is going to be a real badass thing.

Last Sunday we did a nice rock blues festival in Tuscany where we live with a lot of guests, Giuseppe Scarpato, Oscar Bauer and Leonardo Boni. We have such nasty friends...

Alex Leoni and his band, the Blue Thieves have been active since 2011. From the first live performances where we interpreted rock blues covers with a lot of energy and personality, we developed our own style, mixing self made instruments like cigar box guitars and 2-string bass with modern and traditional reference of blues and rock music. All the three musicians had international music experience and collaboration, Alex Leoni, guitars, in Texas, Giovanni Placidi, vocals, bass and various instruments (cigar box guitars and weird basses) in New York and Vladimiro Carboni, drums, in England.
