Yes, the Abbey Road crossing.

Goodnight Abbey Road

Dear friend, have you ever experienced an event or a moment in your life, where you thought that this is a beginning of something which will continue and take up a big space in your life? Well, I did have such an experience in my very early teens, where I was extremely fortunate to meet and talk to The Beatles in person. Yes, all four of them - John, Paul, George and Ringo. It was at the Ashram of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, whom The Beatles revered as their spiritual Guru - John Lennon dedicated one of his most beautiful songs to him "Across The Universe". I didn't play an instrument back then and music was not my biggest passion. I was totally into painting, not music. But, I remember that after meeting the fab four, I had a strong feeling that somehow our paths will cross again. A few decades and many songs later, I recently got the opportunity to finish my upcoming album "Little Boat" at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London. So there I was walking up the steps, into the rooms where some of the most beautiful and disruptive music was created. It felt really good. My music sounded awesome in those rooms. I felt that I'd come full circle in my music life and that our paths - The Beatles and mine - finally managed to cross. The first single from "Little Boat" called "Forget About Yesterday" is going to be released at the beginning of November. So, watch out for the song and the video. Write to me about your experience, your "full circle". I'd love to hear your story! Cheers and hugs! Ajay www.ajaymathur.com
