The band started out in September of 2002, calling themselves “Cross-EyEd” playing praise songs every two weeks for different youth groups around the town. They were minus a drummer until February when they played their first show together out of Brookville. As the year progressed they had a full set list and played out all over western Pennsylvania. They managed to squeeze in over 50 shows that year. In mid April two members left and two members joined. Since then they’ve called themselves “A Crying Shame.” Dan has been with the band for 4 months now and is working out perfectly. Tiffany and Andy have been with the band since the beginning and all have great faith that they are doing God’s will. |
