I have never taken any formal music classes or (expired link) took one Digital Recording course in college for fun. I wrote my first lyrics in the sixth grade. I started listening to music when I was in the first grade. While growing up, I went over to my uncle’s house every day and turned on his radio and listen to music for long periods of time. I got my first stereo in the third grade and every night when I went to bed I listened to it all night. I wrote the lyrics for my first recorded song called “Alone” in 2008. I started buying music equipment around the same time, in 2008. You can say I’m a late bloomer. My first Music video also was based on “Alone.” Although I wrote the lyrics, the beat was not mine because at the time I didn’t have equipment yet. When I got my AKAI MPD18, I made my 1st beat, but it was horrible. After that I called a friend for help. My first editing also did not go as planned. This was due to a lack of familiarity with the time line feature in editing view. Again a friend helped me through the learning curve. I believe these stories show my dedication to music. It i
