Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Ostate Peezy was born Aug. 31st 1993 as D'Angelo Peake along with his twin brother Tay Money. At the age of 12yrs old, he began writing rhythms and won 2nd place in his 7th grade talent show at Fairview Elem. with a rap he wrote called "Gonna Shine". He always knew he would be a rapper with major influences from Tupac, Lil Wayne (who is still his favorite rapper), Gucci, Boosie Badazz. R&B influences such as Lauren Hill, r. Kelly, Usher, Jagged Edge and Sade. At he age of 15, him and his twin brother build a studio in their mothers' basement where the Off Main Gang would come and get down on the mic. At that time he was teaching himself to make beats and record music with his best friend Jordan "Hitman" Harris. They made a collaboration mixtape that they never put out due to the death of Hitman. In the summer of 2016, after doing a yr in prison, Ostate Peezy began back on his music and was able to do music with some of his favorite artists. With some road blocks in the way, Peezy is definitely one of the hottest artist in Dayton, Ohio
